Join Nevada and California in prosecuting those committing mortgage fraud.

Created by T.M. on December 07, 2011

The Department of Justice has been trying to pressure states into a disastrous agreement that would absolve banks of any wrongdoing in the 'robo-signing' of mortgages into foreclosure. This is being done before a full account of the depth of these offenses has been evaluated.

We the people call on the executive branch to direct Mr. Holder to either join with California and Nevada in investigating and prosecuting those responsible and then fighting to apply appropriately punitive sentences that befit the crime(s) or to have Mr. Holder step down so a more capable and less conflicted person can commit to the task and see it through.
