The Joint Strike Fighter F-35 Program is to be the new multi-service jet fighter with superior capabilities of stealth and high technology systems but in fact has failed in all categories of its original milestone development projections for all models and after 12 yrs development & $50 billion in investment remains without completion schedules and no official explanation is provided to the American tax payer. It remains a well-guarded mystery as to when any a/c will achieve IOC and Flight Testing has been shoddy and inconclusive. Critical technical and structural issues are outstanding that appear insurmountable. Petition asks WH to demand DoD provide full accounting & report in plain English to American Tax Payer on Schedules, Costs, Risks, EVMS, Qui Tam, TINA, & RICO violations
