In the Southern District of New York, a Federal Judge irresponsibly formulated a new judicial philosophy: Immunized Discrimination and Retaliation. Such a philosophy abridges the Civil Rights laws of the United States and protects a select category of government employees from liability. As such, some Federal Judges are irresponsibly enabling the violation of the Civil Rights Laws of the United States. Government workers enjoy immunity when they execute their jobs responsibly and not with depraved negligence or recklessness. Judicial abuse and civil rights violation need urgent attention to restore the integrity of the judicial system in the United States. This Court in the Southern District of NY needs urgent oversight in order to weed out rogue judges who are unfit to serve.
