WE THE PEOPLE, petition to you, our leader, President Barack Hussein Obama, to give Justice to All, protecting the Constitutional and inherent human rights of all American Citizens, as well as all persons living in or visiting our Nation, by using your power granted by our Founders in Article II, Section 2 of the United States Constitution, to make a recess appointment of Judge Merrick Garland to the vacancy on the US Supreme Court, as well as filling all vacancies on the federal courts, before your term ends.
