The removal of US troops from overseas commitments and bases. It's clear that US involvement in the affairs of other nations is not beneficial resulting in "blowback" as defined by the CIA. The expense in blood and money does not result in either security or prosperity and reassigning those assets toward other areas of interest or simply saving the costs incurred would be more beneficial to all Americans.
