Texas State Troopers David Farrell andKelley Helleson, conducted cavity searches on two women in public and on video, without any probable cause or a warrant. In fact this search amounted to rape by a foreign object under both the Federal and State Criminal Statues and a clear violation of the women's civil rights.
This behavior must be stopped, the Justice Department office of civil rights and the FBI should investigate and fully prosecute these troopers
