I worked in USA for 8+ yrs from 98-07 on H1B visa, paid taxes regularly, social security, retirement accounts funded, invested money in US stock market from 2004-2008, purchased a house in 2004 after the employer, who relocated me from India for permanent job in USA and the greencard, advised me to purchase the house and also give clearance for the loan in 2004 for me to settle in the USA. My employer had already filed for my greencard then.My I-140 (State and Federal labor already approved) was approved in 2008. I came to India in 2008 for some personal work (due to family needs) and unable to come back to the US since. I am already adjusted to living and working in the USA. I just need you folks to bring me back to the USA, give me a job there immediately. Help me to help you.
