Anyone that has FIVE or more years (with registry and training), being a lawful arms owner shall be exempt from any new gun and accessory restrictions. We shall have the right to bear arms. WE shall have the right to carry our arms on our person. We shall have the right to protect ourselves against any danger or threat to ourselves or family. Same as our government. We shall have the same rights as our government sees fit for them.
