You know what Syria is being a bit annoying right now... and we got a ton of nukes just sitting around, so lets put them to use against Syria. Just nuke every square inch of the country. I mean we get yo use the nukes for something, we deal with Syria and people can be put to work making more nukes, and if the UN don't like it we can just nuke em too.
