A new york police officer recently killed a 3 month old baby, was put on paid administrative leave and now they say no charges are to be filed. He was cleared of all charges. This is unacceptable. He should be in prison and made to compensate the victim. This is horrific, to say the least. He should be tried for capital murder, murder in the first degree, or whatever the worst charge one can think of. He is a servant of the public, to protect them, not kill them for simply eating. He has no business with a gun nor walking the streets. Something should be done immediately.
