There is no reason a person should be killed while getting a ticket or arrested, police officers have Tasers, Billy clubs, other officers, martial arts and other technics that they have been trained in to use to arrest someone without having to kill them. There is no excuse and no cause for killing people. I ask that all police officers that kill someone be automatically placed in jail without bond until their court date and that there be a internal affairs unit set up by the government to ordain individuals in the community such as attorneys and activist to investigate when a complaint is filed on police department and or a police officer.
