Justice for courtney and emerald

Courtney angelas15 and emerald smith 16 deserve Justice it has been two long years since their lives were stollen from them by mr rubin dunn on june 14th 2011 the two girls were attempting to cross the st on martin Luther king blv when rubin dunn struck them with his car while being under the influence insted of stopping and calling 911 he proceeded to drive away as if nothing happend . Now because he and his gf could not get their story straight on who was driving that night he is now walkn free . Its up to us to get these girls justice so I started this petition to reopen the case plz if it were ur loved ones you would want justice too
