BP's Deepwater Horizon Disaster killed 11 men & became the worst oil spill in US History. BP went to great lengths to cover up their guilt in the disaster while blaming "blue collar" rig workers. BP was placed on probation when they plead guilty to 11 counts of felony manslaughter. The terms of BP's probation included requirements to ensure such a disaster never happened again; one being to "develop & implement a plan to assess the competency of personnel responsible for overseeing deepwater drilling operations on its rigs (such as the Well Site Leaders who fatally misinterpreted the negative pressure test aboard the Deepwater Horizon)" as well as following 30 CFR 250 1501-1510. We ask that BP managers who blatantly ignored the terms of their felony probation face criminal charges.
