Mr. Lostutter is currently under Federal Indictment for computer crimes. He is portraying himself as the person who "uncovered a rape and city corruption" in the matter of the rape of an underage high school student in 2012. This could not be farther from the truth. The rape had already been presented to the district attorney and charges already filed.
Since his 15 minutes of fame he has proceeded to use the internet as a weapon. He has threatened people, filed SLAPP suits against them. He has released personal information on them as a means of revenge and on several occasions he has offered a monetary bounty for information on those he was targeting at the time.
To have this man online is a threat to anyone who uses it with him.
Please lock him up and throw away the key.
