Richard (Dickie) Joseph Lynn, Federal Inmate #09748-004, has been denied justice by the Clemency Board for years now and if President Obama himself were to personally review the charges which led to his conviction he could clearly see that the sentence is unfair. Many of us, friends and family, have suffered as Dickie has squandered nearly 28 years towards a life sentence in prison. We would be grateful if President Obama would read Dickie's letter addressed to him dated August 20, 2016 which summarizes and reviews the facts on the injustice in his case. We would be thankful if clemency was awarded to Dickie and he be allowed to spend the remaining years of his life with his children, grandchildren, family and friends.
