In West Virginia, On October 5, 2016 a nine month old little girl named EmmaLeigh died from injuries she sustained from a child predator. Benji Taylor brutally and sexually assaulted this little girl in the basement of their home. The news described it as the most brutal sexual assault on a child in two decades. The mother woke to find her child in the basement lying unconscious in a pool of blood accompanied by Benji Taylor. I am requesting that the punishment of child predators and sexual offenders be discussed and a law recruited that first time child sex offenders be punished by death . As it is a fact that child predators and rapist do not rehabilitate. They are thrown back into society to commit these crimes over and over again.
