We, the American People, are calling for an independent investigation by an independent agency to look into the unlawful murder of Eric Garner, who was choked to death for breaking up a fight.
Mr. Garner, a 43 year old, African American, was standing out on a side walk, after breaking up a fight. Several NYPD officers literally harassed him for absolutely nothing and being an innocent person.
Mr. Garner was married, had 6 children, and 2 grandchildren. Where is the justice in this? NYPD clearly violated this man's liberties and rights, and deserved a punishment by said independent agency.
