James Durbin was brutally murdered in Washington County, Pennsylvania on August 23, 2011 No one was formally charged after 30 interviews were conducted.
We are concerned that local politics may have resulted in the stifling of the investigation. Numerous rumors and innuendos have run rampant surrounding the murder of James Durbin. The District Attorney Gene Vittone & his office cannot continue to operate under a cloud of suspicion due to these rumors as it undermines public confidence. Clarity can only be attained through a public and open investigation. "Justice for James", must be accomplished through an arrest and conviction.
