Justice for John Kiriakou, CIA whistleblower unjustly sentenced to 30 months in prison.

Created by B.W. on January 30, 2013

Former CIA agent of 14 years John Kiriakou is being sent to prison for 30 months for blowing the whistle on CIA torture.

He is accused of violating the Constitution, though he did not participate in torture or reveal classified information. Information he gave was in the public domain, he did not reveal secrets. Meetings were conducted without his attorneys present, and his defense attorneys were not allowed to participate. He had no chance. View his interview here: http://www.democracynow.org/2013/1/30/ex_cia_agent_whistleblower_john_ki...

He is a father of five children, ages 1 to 19. It is not reasonable to imprison the messenger while the torturers walk free. Please give him back his freedom.
