Laws need to be passed for gangstalkers targeting innocent individuals. As a u.s. citizen, you use your first amendment. But then you are label a target individual and your fourth amendment is taken from you. Laws need to be passed for anyone or group that harasses you 24/7 physically, mentally or financially. Something needs to be done!
