Dear Mr. President,
It's been nearly two decades, since two of the greatest hip-hop artists, Tupac Shakur, and the Notorious B.I.G., were taken from us.
We still do not know who killed them, and the cops and investigators don't seem to care.
We the people of the United States of America, in order to form a more perfect union, demand that you put everything else aside and get to the bottom of this immediately.
America will not be safe until we finally find out who killed Tupac and Biggie Smalls. The world must know who killed Tupac and Biggie, and if it turns out to be Osama Bin Laden, then we must bring him back to life, and kill him again.
