We all know without doubt, Raghunandan Yandamuri committed the two murders (of 61-year-old Sathyvathi Venna and her 10-month-old granddaughter Saanvi Venna) for money. We came to know "if he is not citizen of USA, he will be turn into Indian custody and sent back to India, depending on judge's ruling". But he killed 10 months old innocent citizen of USA also. But how the culprit will be punished in USA itself?
