Justify the cost of implementing the Affordable Care Act.

Created by G.V. on November 14, 2013

Justify the expense of the Healthcare.gov website, which is estimated between $334,000,000.00 and $394,000,000.00 of American tax payers money so far, when there are roughly between 25,000,000 to 60,000,000 Americans that shop for health insurance on there own or don't have health insurance.

Since the population of the United States is 317,000,000, it would seem that there is better ways to spend tax dollars Such as giving 1 million dollars to ever man woman and child to spend on their health care or just protect American citizens from the pillaging of the American people by doctors, medical corporations and pharmaceutical corporations from exorbitant cost like many other countries do.
