Justify the secrecy of all rulings of the FISA court.

Created by M.R. on July 09, 2013

The FISA court may be a necessary feature of the American government but the American people must be able to justify this court which we, the people, are affected by. If FISA court rulings must remain secret, provide concrete examples of past cases (which would not endanger the US) in which FISA rulings have saved us.So far the American people have been provided with no reason for this invasion of privacy. If this is not done, know that the American people have no reason to support this or any administration that supports secret courts that invade our privacy with no justification.

We love this country and realize that some government programs will come close to invasions of freedom or privacy but most can rationalize this intrusion if the state can provide adequate justificatication.
