We petition the federal government and the Obama administration to provide compelling evidence to the world for the following items.
1. Document proof that the mass Digital and Telecommunications wire-tapping practices conducted through the National Security Agency has had a significant and measurable impact on the day to day safety of american citizens.
Evidence provided on behalf of the NSA should be substantial, credible, and verifiable in the court of law within the United States Civil court system.
2. Documented proof of The Department of Homeland Security's ability to effectively stop foreign and domestic plots to disrupt or severely damaged the daily lives of United States Citzens.
3. In conjunction an explanation of why the DoHS is involved in copyright enforcement.
