Juvenile emancipation act

This act is to create new laws for juvenile emancipation. A huge problem in the juvenile courts , foster care , and juvenile domestic affairs is that juveniles are not given the choice of emancipation. Although it is legal , 90% of the applicants are denied. Although delinquency is also a problem , most cases have started with domestic abuse , where the minor is not the one at fault , later delinquency becomes the problem due to the reaction of domestic situations. Creating possible changes like lowering the age of responsibilities for example license eligibility , and age to which one can get cars, houses in ones name. Of course with careful and attentive over view this act will be a huge step to getting juveniles to be more responsible and successful.
