This petition is needed to have store owners, drug dealers, the person or persons purchasing these drugs to be incarcerated. The schools need to be
educated police educated and churches educated on these high powerful killing drugs. High court sentence including jail sentences, high fines, community service, drug rehab for sentence exceeding a year.
