Kansas rural water board 6 refusing to turn my water on. They charge over $5,000. over and over to the same property just to turn the water on. Left me and 2 kids in the house all summer with no water having to haul water in with buckets. Several surrounding water boards charge a $30. reconnect fee. Not rural water 6. They make there own rules and have no oversight. No one seems to be watching the rural water boards in Kansas. People are forced to live like 3rd. world countries without access to clean water. They have to haul water in and store in tanks. The water is not safe to drink and very limited.
