This petition is intended to allow the voices of those who understand and appreciate the historical and economical relevance of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Tournament's long-standing existence in Greensboro, NC to be counted. As past tournament locations (such as Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC) have revealed, this tournament belongs where the ACC was born and the very proposition of a future move to Brooklyn, NY in 2017 and 2018 would be detrimental to the Tournament's image from both an economical standpoint as well as from that of potential visiting fans.
