How do we treat our first secretary of treasury? Kick him off the $10 bill? Allow an Indian killer, murder? Why leave someone on money who almost destroyed our monetary system in the US? Keep a slave owner instead of a slave-right activist? Instead of removing Alexander Hamilton from the $10 bill and replacing him with a woman, we should replace Andrew Jackson on the $20 bill with a woman. Hamilton founded the Bank of New York; he was such an amazing writer that a guidebook he wrote for the Coast Guard was still being used in 1962, almost 160 year after he died. As Lin-Manuel Miranda's "Hamilton" says, "He took our country from bankruptcy to prosperity. I hate to admit it, but he doesn’t get enough credit For all the credit he gave us"
Why take him of the $10 bill?
