Keep Alexander Hamilton as the face of the $10 bill.

Created by P.C. on February 17, 2016

As our first Treasury Secretary, Alexander Hamilton designed our financial system. His vision for our future out shone his contemporaries and his tireless efforts laid the groundwork for the strong system we have in place today.
As historian, author and Hamilton biographer, Ron Chernow has said, Hamilton took a country bankrupted by revolutionary war debt and restored American credit.

Hamilton was an active Abolitionist from his earliest days. By contrast, Andrew Jackson oversaw the infamous 'Trail of Tears' killing an estimated four thousand Cherokees. He seems the more logical choice to give up or share his place on the $20 bill.
