Please amend the poorly codified INA § 212(a)(6)(C)(ii), this law deals with false claims to US citizenship automatically barring for life those accused of with no possibility of a waiver. This separates American and military families from each other. There are countless families suffering from the application of this law. All we want is to amend this law so that it is in line with the rest of the immigration code, reasonable for the people and to create a waiver for those families where the spouse, parent, child, son or daughter of a U.S. citizen is not allowed to come into the US.
