Keep American coal in the United States and reduce exports to China and Canada

The more coal exported means the less we benefit from the invaluable resource of energy. Reducing exports to China would boost the American economy by limiting the mass amounts of Chinese products produced due to a lack of power. This would cause American companies to bring manufacturing back to the U.S. where it belongs. Don't let other countries benefit from what is rightfully be ours.
