keep Andrew Jackson on the $20 Bill

Created by V.W. on November 13, 2015

Keep Andrew Jackson on the $20 Bill. He was a national hero who made a significant difference in the United States and should be properly recognized for his actions. He supported the people regardless of government views on situations. Jackson was for individual rights and was known as the "Champion of the Common Man." He knew what was best for the nation, an example includes supporting a strong central government and limited state government power. Jackson had also paid off the entire national debt, further expanded U.S. territory, and was most importantly a war hero. He kept the nation united and was a man for the people, making him a significant leader in U.S. history.
