Keep Asperger's Syndrome a diagnosis in the DSM5

Greetings,
Do not remove Asperger's Syndrome, PDD-NOS, and other Autism sub-types from the DSM.
This new proposal seeks to eliminate diagnoses of Aspergers Syndrome, Pervasive Development Disorder, and other sub-types of Autism Spectrum Disorders by removing the titles and lumping all of these under the umbrella of a general Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
There are large groups and communities of Aspie's who have come out to say this is wrong - not only is it controversial as it was not voted on, but it would be debilating to individuals who now define themselves as Aspie's, because the definitions of Asperger's allow a framework where each individual can be treated as an individual case, instead of being redefined to something that is wholly unbeneficial and dehumanizing to Aspie folk.
