We call upon the President to follow through with his campaign promise to extend the Payroll Tax Cut. Our people are struggling to make ends meet as it is. A decrease of 2% in our paycheck is not going to help Americans keep their head above water. Mr. President you made a promise to us that if we elected you to another term, that you would see this issue through. We expect you to honor this promise.
