Keep cosmetology education and licensing mandatory in order to practice any beauty service.

I am a licensed cosmetologist.I came across a recent online video from Tabitha Coffey.In the video she states that many states are trying to take away cosmetology licensing. If this passes,any beauty service you may have done including;haircuts, color, waxing, or nail services may or may not be done by an educated professional. Meaning anyone off of the street would be able to walk into a salon and get a job completing your beauty services.This may potentially put you at risk. We are educated on handling chemicals, proper sanitation and blood spill procedures. Taking away our licensing is not only insulting but hazardous the the public from a health and safety standpoint. www.probeauty.org
