keep the cost of the President's inauguration to less than $5million in public funds. Use $50million to fight poverty.

Set an example of efficient, cost-effective government. Those of us who are celebrating the president would be happy to see a brief swearing-in ceremony on the internet. If private organizations have money to donate, perhaps that could be used to help fight poverty and aid Hurricane Sandy victims.
