Enough is enough, there are some weapons that are too dangerous to be owned by civilians. How many more times must our nation be reminded of this? There is no practical use for high capacity magazines or assault rifles.
This petition is not implying that there should be any violation of the second amendment. People have the right to own firearms, but at what point is allowing someone to own a certain type of firearm too dangerous? Please make a stand and get assault weapons out of the hands of people who have no safe use for them.
