Keep "Daylight Savings Time" all Year. We don't need it to get dark at 4:30 to 5pm during the winter months.

I think the people of the US would enjoy that extra hour of Daylight. Especially during the winter months. After the "Fallback" change of time accidents increase, mostly due to the fact that the sun is setting during and before rush hour traffic. More accounts of Depression are recorded.
