We do not want the repeal of the Defense of Marriage Act to allow gay marriage without the guarantee that rape laws will not be obsolete. Sodomy and Cunnilingus are acts that are currently illegal and hard to prove as rape as it is, and unconstitutional because it does not serve the pursuit of happiness. Be reasonable.
