Congress has gotten more and more involved in the United States Postal Service and that has led to the USPS to run into many problems financially. Now Congress is attempting to stop door to door mail and introduce"neighborhood clusters."
Let the USPS manage itself since mail will be its only focus and let Congress focus on the budget and laws instead of running the postal service. Keep the two entities stay separate.
