Keep the executive branch from banning Americans choice of weapons during times of active threats to American lives.

This petition impacts all Americans and their rights to protect themselves and their families from any threats foreign and domestic who wish to harm any American or their way of life. We are at a critical time in American history. We are being attacked on American soil based on the freedoms we allow our citizens to have in choosing how they carry out their lives(examples: religion, sexual orientation). We have an executive branch that is determined to disarm our citizens of weapons that could and possibly will need to be used in protecting our families and fellow citizens from any opposition that doesn't agree with the way Americans carry out their lives. We as Americans have the right to protect ourselves and our neighbors using any weapon we deem necessary, including the AR-15 rifle.
