Keep an eye on a Chinese immigrant Victor Cheng 成功 (born in Heilongjiang Province) who is now believed living in New York with his wife Yanmei Lim (林燕梅, born in Guangdong Province) and daughter Le Cheng (成了, born in Beijing). They moved to USA from Beijing in the end of 2010.
Victor Cheng is a terribly bad guy. He has done so many bad things in Beijing that I cannot even spell.
