Keep the FDA out of the vaping industry

This is a very simple issue. The tobacco industry has a stranglehold on congress and the FDA (they've owned them for decades). They are attacking the vaping industry because it is a safe solution and takes profits away from the tobacco industry. The FDA has admitted they fail again and again at protecting the public("The thing that bugs me is that the people think the FDA is protecting them. It isn’t. What the FDA is doing and what the public thinks it’s doing are as different as night and day."—Dr Ley former Commissioner of the FDA). The FDA has admitted to being bullied into doing what congress wants (Menaflex). The FDA cannot be trusted as they have already been caught falsifying reports on vaping since 2012. Direct this agency to back off.
