Keep the Federal Government out of State's Sovereignty.

The right of a person to chose which bathroom they use according to what gender they identify themselves as, has come to the attention of many Americans. We are aware of North Carolina's situation, as well as the Federal Government "bullying" the state into complying with the law by threatening to reduce funding in the public school and state university.
As a collective group of people who want to uphold the constitution, as well as the rights of Americans, we deem it necessary to petition the Obama's administration decision on making it illegal to have gender specific bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms. We also petition the Federal Government's threat to reduce funding to public schools if not compliant to the new law as unconstitutional.
