The UNESCO ist an important international institution for cultural heritance and education issues. It is one of the most important institutions of the UN. The US should not stop funding it for any reason. Even though you might not agree that recognizing Palestine is the right way for achieving peace in the Middle East, this should not be a reason to stop funding the UNESCO or other UN institutions.
