I am fightinng for this cause because I have a child suffering with Sickle Cell Anemia, I know first hand how serious this disease is and how much the funds are needed to continue health care and researching for a cure. This is on the top 5 of importance with lukemia, cancer ect, It is a blood disease hereditary in black familys. It is just as important as the rest of the diseases out here that shortens one's life span and causes pain in the body. I support the SSDA and would like to help spread the word for everyone of human likeness to sign this petition to keep the funds and healthcare for Sickle Cell Anemia, Don't let the senate overlook us.
