I believe that terrorists should be given due process in the form of a fair trial where judgement on guilt can be made. However, regardless of race, religion, or motivation, he should not be given the luxuries of TV, free food, and other rights given to criminals paid through taxes. We certainly don't want him writing and publishing from jail to taunt all the victims. The Boston Terrorist should be held in the same grueling conditions that military prisons may have. If needed, we should have him locked up by an ally with less stringent rules on prisoner treatment where EIT is more commonplace. We should never have to hear from this sick person again, except to know that he should suffer for his sins for the rest of his life, and if there is a just God, in his afterlife.
