Many believe that the escalation of heinous crimes in this country is because of the lack of God in our lives. Every day we see examples of the total disregard that people have for the value of a life of another individual. To constantly preach that God has no place in our government, our schools, our Pledge of Allegiance or even on our currency reinforces those that think there is no place for God in America. Why is it that we commend the genius of our forefathers but ignore their passion for their belief in God?
We need to leave God right where he was put when this country was started. Perhaps then, people might remember how important it is to have faith in whatever God you are free to choose and then start treating each other better.
